Wedding Block Information & Availability

After reviewing the information below, we invite you to complete our inquiry form to be added to our wedding waitlist.

Please note:

• We maintain long-standing reservations for annual events (such as the Newport Folk & Jazz Festivals and the Newport Boat Show) for our returning guests.

• Remaining availability is offered to wedding groups on a first-come, first-served basis through our waitlist.

• We begin reaching out regarding wedding blocks in November for the following season.

Room Block Requirements

• We require wedding groups to reserve the entire hotel (12 rooms), or all remaining available inventory at the time of booking.

• If any rooms within the block remain unreserved, the designated point of contact is financially responsible for those rooms.

• A 2-night minimum stay is required for all weekends and holidays (Thursday–Friday, Friday–Saturday, or Saturday–Sunday).

Room Inventory & Parking

Pelham Court Hotel offers:

• 1 Studio Suite (1 parking space)

• 9 One-Bedroom Suites (1 parking space each)

• 1 Two-Bedroom Suite (2 parking spaces)

• 1 Three-Bedroom Suite (3 parking spaces)

Please note: Additional off-street parking is not available.

Important Notes on Pricing:

Pricing is reviewed and adjusted annually based on market demand, local events, and operating costs. Newport is a highly seasonal market, and peak summer weekends—especially July and August—command premium rates.

The averages above are provided as a general guideline. Final contracted rates will be confirmed at the time of booking and will vary depending on specific dates, demand, and availability.

Contracts are typically issued beginning in November and remain valid for 7–10 days.

Additional Notes

• Full hotel buyouts are required during peak season. Limited exceptions for partial blocks may be considered during the off-season at management’s discretion.

• In the event a partial block is approved, Pelham Court Hotel reserves the right to sell any remaining rooms.

• A deposit may be required from the group’s point of contact to ensure all guests are able to enjoy a comfortable and respectful environment, including adherence to quiet enjoyment standards.
