Our only three bedroom three level suite is roughly 2100 square feet.
It’s ideal for three couples to share, with three full bathrooms with tub/showers - one being a master bath/bedroom design taking the entire third floor of the suite. The bedrooms are on the upper two floors, each with a queen bed, making for a large living area downstairs with a half-bath. The master bedroom has its own fireplace and access to a private outside balcony to enjoy the wonderful downtown Newport views. The third floor bedroom has a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The suite also features a working fireplace on the main level, a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, stove, microwave, full refrigerator, oven, and place settings.
